Inter Valley Health Plan has adopted and adheres to stringent security standards designed to protect non-public personal information on this web portal  against accidental or unauthorized access or disclosure. Among the safeguards that Inter Valley Health Plan has developed for this site are administrative, physical and technical barriers that together form a protective firewall around the information stored at this site. We periodically subject our site to simulated intrusion tests and have developed comprehensive disaster recovery plans.  All personal health information is protected per the Health Insurance and Portability Act and all other applicable state and federal regulations.  

USER Responsibility
All “Users” with portal access and those with privileged “Administrative User” portal access rights have the responsibility to abide by all imposed password restrictions determined by Inter Valley Health Plan.  In addition, all “Administrative Users” are responsible for reviewing, updating and deleting user access rights for the Inter Valley Health Plan Physician Portal in a manner that would restrict the disclosure of Personal Health Information (PHI).
